Please note that we have a number of interconnecting family rooms which feature a 25% discount against the second bedroom.

We also have a limited number of family rooms with 2 sleeping areas and a shared bathroom from £165 based on a family of 2 adults and 2 children up to the age of 16.

Children stay for free

Children up to the age of 16 stay for free in their parent’s room - subject to the suitability of the room to take extra beds. Please note that children’s breakfast will be charged as follows:-

- Up to 24 months (inclusive) - Free of Charge

- Two years to seven years (inclusive) - £5 per child, per night

- Eight years to 11 years (inclusive) - £7.50 per child, per night

- 12 years to 16 years (inclusive) - £10 per child, per night

Single Occupancy of a double/twin room

A discount of 15% applies for single occupancy

Dogs stay for £10 per night

Should you wish to bring your dog with you, there will be a supplement of £10 per night. Please note that not all bedrooms are suitable for dogs and therefore this option is strictly subject to availability and must be booked in advance.

20% non-refundable deposit to be taken by credit/debit card at the time of booking.

Cancellation policy   

For individual reservations during school holiday periods or for weekends between 01 April and 31 October 2012, we will charge an additional 75% of the quoted rate for the entire stay for any cancellations within 14 days of arrival.

For individual reservations during any other periods, we will charge an additional 75% of the quoted rate for the entire stay for any cancellations within 72 hours of arrival.

Group bookings are defined as five or more rooms. For group bookings cancelled within 28 days of arrival, we will charge an additional 75% of the entire stay.
