Prices
Prices quoted are for seven nights' accommodation and include VAT where relevant, full use of the Leisure Club, electricity and heating costs. Meals and special Christmas and New Year activities are not included. Please ask reception for details of Christmas and New Year packages for self-catering guests.

Reservations
Reservations should be confirmed with a non-refundable deposit of £100 per unit, per week which will be credited to your account upon arrival. The balance is payable two months before arrival.

Arrival and Departure Times
Accommodation is normally available at 4.30pm on the day of arrival and we request it is vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
Cancellation Policy
The policy is the same as that quoted for hotel accommodation.
Extra Beds
Extra beds may be placed in Shearwater and should be reserved at the time of booking at a cost of £30 per bed per stay. Cots can also be provided at an extra cost of £20 per cot per stay.
Dogs
Dogs are accepted by prior consent at a rate of £25 per dog per week.
